Most realtors say they "know the area." I take it a step further: I was born in San Francisco and spent my childhood moving around the Bay like a local tour guide in training. I’ve lived in the historic charmers, the "I-hope-this-elevator-works" and the shiny new builds where the paint is still drying.

That moving truck and I? We’re on a first-name basis.

Because I’ve lived the "best of the Bay," I developed a bit of a real estate obsession early on. I’m the person who walks through a neighborhood and falls in love with the crown molding on a 1920s Victorian—then immediately geeks out over the smart-home wiring in a new build. Whether you want vintage soul or a kitchen that does everything but cook the meal for you, I’ve been there, lived there, and probably have a favorite coffee shop nearby.

I grew up in a house where my heart was always bigger than my floor plan—I was constantly bringing home strays and making sure everyone (human or four-legged) had a safe place to land.
